Guide on Order Flow：How Can I Order A Hanko On the Website?

Step1：Find A Product

Please click the  “Product” on the menu page.
Then, locate the product you desire and open the link.

Step2：Put the Product into the cart

Please add your favorite product to the cart by pressing the “buy now” button.

Step3： Preview Your Hanko

Enter your name in the automatic designer, press “preview” to generate the pattern you desire.
If you are satisfied, please click the “confirm” button.

Step4： Confirm If You Require Storage 

If you wish for your hanko to be directly shipped to your address, please remain the selection as “no”.
If you prefer to receive your hanko after arriving in Japan but you have not confirmed your residential address yet,
you can use the storage service. We will keep your hanko in safekeeping until you instruct us to begin shipping.
 

Step5： Leave Your Information

Enter your address and contact information.

The delivery time depends on your address and the efficiency of the courier company.

If you wish to specify a courier company or if you have other requests, please leave us a note.

If you choose to use the storage service, you do not need to fill in your delivery address immediately.

Step6: Review Your Order Information and Place The Order.

In the preview box on the right side of the webpage, you can review the names, prices, and pattern of the products you have ordered.
After confirming that the information is correct, please place your order.
 

Step7: Make The Payment Online

Please use Paypal to pay for your Hanko, and then we will prepare it for you!

This is a guidance for customers who want to use storage service to help them store their Hanko in Japan in advance.

Step1：Navigate to the “My Order” page.

Find the “Account” button in the upper right corner of the homepage, and then click “My Order”.
 

Step2：Find the Order

Locate the order for which you need to enter the address and click “view”.
 

Step3：Enter Your Address

Fill in your address and click “Confirm”.
 

Step 4: Click on “Deliver” to Initiate Delivery

  4. Timeliness: Typically, international express services take about 30 working days for delivery, depending on your address and the efficiency of the courier company. Some courier companies, such as DHL, could offer more rapid services, allowing you to receive your hanko in a shorter time frame. If you would like to specify the courier company, please leave a message for us.
  5. Customs and Duties: Please be aware that, according to the import policies of your country, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes. The specific situation may vary depending on your location.
  6. Customer Support: Should you encounter any issues during the shipping process, our customer service team is always ready to assist you.
